We offer Jobs to underemployed and unemployed individuals, Job and life Training, Computer training, After School programs, GED Classes and TESTING, Free Diaper and Clothing Bank, Free 90 day Medical Equipment lending Youth and Adult Drug and alcohol classes, Parenting and Youth Counseling.

BOSS was founded in September 2005 to fill an increasing gap in support services for rural and economically disadvantaged individuals. BOSS wants to Alleviate the needs of economically disadvantaged individuals in the Town of Buckeye and surrounding Maricopa County , Arizona , including the Far West Valley . Here is what we are doing for the future:

• Position the organization as the primary provider of grassroots social services.

• Empower, educate, and counsel clients to become self-reliant.

• Build an extensive network of strategic partners.
