Job Placement and Development

Boss Staff help find you a new job and/or Develop the Individual in the Current Job.

BOSS staff has access to thousands of agencies and receive incoming referrals on consistent bases.

When Financial assistance is needed BOSS has access to some resources and Looks for and solicits for needed Funding and subsidies for Clients.

BOSS focuses on 4 Core areas:

Hope: Which is Homelessness Outreach Prevention Effort a program that deals with Chronic and temporary homelessness.

COP : A Community Outreach Programs that Handle all core daily needs.

CARS : Counseling, Addiction and Recovery Services for those individuals who have those special needs.

CEJP : Career Education Job Placement Which is our Job Services For those who are underemployed or Unemployed.

YAP Youth and Parent Counseling Classes designed to bring families closer together. (Meetings are Scheduled upon request)

DAP A comprehensive 12 Step Drug and Alcohol program for Adults and teens. (Meets Thursday Night 7:00PM )
GED An Adult Education class for those who want to complete
there High school Equivalency exam. (Meets Monday Evenings @ 5:00PM)
